The Windows msg command sends a visible message to a user or session on a Remote Desktop Session Host and requires Message special access permission. Its message-delivery capability may support an authorized social-engineering exercise; by itself, it does not execute code or demonstrate that the recipient took an action or granted access. This record does not assign a direct ATT&CK technique ID to the command behavior.
