Active network scanning sends probes to authorized targets to identify responding hosts, open ports, and sometimes service/version information. This record contains a three-stage Nmap sequence (host discovery, scoped TCP port-state scan, then service/version probes) alongside separate FinalRecon and selected-port Nmap scans and a NetBIOS name-query option; these are independent choices, not one nine-step chain. The FinalRecon DNS/TLS action is a distinct information-collection option. Use only the specific targets and ports allowed by written scope from an appropriate network vantage. Results reflect observed responses: filtering can hide hosts or services, and a version fingerprint does not establish a vulnerability.
