Enumerate Local Accounts

List local Windows user accounts on the current host for account discovery. The three steps are alternative built-in methods; choose one rather than running all three in sequence. This is host-local enumeration, not domain-account enumeration, and account names alone do not establish that an account can authenticate elsewhere.
