VBA Win32 API Interop

Office VBA can call native Windows APIs from macros through Declare statements. In VBA7, use PtrSafe declarations in 64-bit Office and update pointer or handle types to LongPtr where the API signature requires them. A Win32 API call alone is not evidence of malicious behavior. This record demonstrates only a harmless sound-notification API; it does not document process injection or syscall bypass.
