Use the trusted Windows InstallUtil utility to execute installer components in a .NET assembly. When application control allows InstallUtil, an assembly containing an installer class marked RunInstaller(true) can proxy code execution. The behavior depends on a valid .NET installer assembly and matching CLR architecture; InstallUtil does not execute arbitrary files.
