On Microsoft Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), a site server computer account is a default member of the SMS Admins group on site SMS Providers. Where the required roles, network paths, and NTLM conditions exist, an operator can coerce that account and relay it through one selected takeover path: the AdminService API on a remote SMS Provider, or the site database's MSSQL service. A successful path can add a controlled account as a Configuration Manager Full Administrator. The AdminService relay path is blocked by Configuration Manager version 2509 and later; that change does not close the separate MSSQL relay path.
