Use valid accounts authorized for a configured Windows Remote Management (WinRM) listener to interact with a remote Windows system, including running commands or managing system resources under the authenticated user's permissions. A reachable listener and permission on the requested endpoint are required. Use from the Internet is possible only when the listener and network path are explicitly exposed; default public-network firewall rules restrict WinRM to the local subnet.
Variant:
Run a Windows command over WinRM
powershell
