Network Access Control Bypass

Test whether a wired access port that uses MAC Authentication Bypass (MAB) will authorize a device presenting an allow-listed MAC address. An assessor connects a supported Linux NIC at an in-scope physical port and sets its link-layer address to an explicitly authorized test value. This applies only to MAC-based MAB policy; changing a MAC address does not bypass IEEE 802.1X supplicant identity or certificate checks, and switch policy can still deny access.
