An authorized operator checks whether a known web-application account accepts a candidate password list by submitting guesses to its exposed login form. This example generates a site-derived wordlist with CeWL and tests a simple HTTPS POST form with Hydra. It describes online password guessing (MITRE ATT&CK T1110.001), not multi-account password spraying, credential stuffing, or offline password cracking.
