Use the Windows Service Control Manager (SCM) to create a service or change an existing service's executable path on a remote Windows host, then optionally start it. An automatic-start service can provide persistence; the program runs under its configured service account (sc.exe create defaults to LocalSystem). The target's remote SCM endpoint must be reachable and the operator must have service-control rights. A valid service-compatible executable must already be present on the target.
