Abuse an AD CS certificate template whose issuance policy references an OID object linked through msDS-OIDToGroupLink to an empty universal security group. A principal with effective enrollment rights can obtain a client-authentication certificate and use PKINIT; the KDC places the linked group SID in the resulting TGT PAC. The resulting access is limited to resources and permissions granted to that group.
