Ingress File Transfer via SMB

Authorized ingress transfer of approved assessment files to a scoped Windows host by one of three methods: direct authenticated NetExec SMB file write, or an operator-hosted HTTP/SMB staging service paired with one compatible target-side downloader or copy command. Start only the matching staging service for a staged method; these are alternatives, not a mandatory sequence. A transfer alone does not execute the file. Use approved endpoints, honor engagement controls, and follow evidence and artifact-retention rules.
