PrivExchange is an Exchange Web Services (EWS) push-subscription and NTLM-relay privilege-escalation chain. A mailbox-enabled principal permitted to use EWS subscriptions can cause Exchange to authenticate as its computer account to a callback endpoint; if relay defenses are absent and that account retains effective high-impact Active Directory permissions, the relayed identity may be able to grant a controlled account DCSync rights. This outcome depends on the installed Exchange remediation, EWS Extended Protection, LDAP signing/channel binding, and current directory ACLs. PrivExchange is distinct from the ProxyLogon and ProxyShell vulnerability chains, and the procedure does not guarantee Domain Admin access.
