AutoIt v3 is a Windows BASIC-like scripting language and runtime for automating GUI tasks and general scripting. Its .au3 scripts can simulate keyboard and mouse input and interact with windows and controls. Scripts can also be compiled with Aut2Exe into a standalone executable that includes an interpreter stub. These capabilities depend on the script; AutoIt is not inherently a loader or process injection tool. ATT&CK T1059.010 covers execution of AutoIt scripts.
