A Windows command-line utility for creating and managing Background Intelligent Transfer Service (BITS) jobs. BITS supports asynchronous HTTP(S) and SMB transfers that can pause and resume across interruptions or reboots. Administrators and Windows components also use it legitimately; specially configured long-lived jobs and notify commands can be abused for execution or persistence.
