Collector 3.8 is an archived Python 3 OSINT script with separate modes for GitHub public-profile data, IP metadata, phone-number parsing, and Instagram profile information via Instaloader. The GitHub mode calls api.github.com; the IP mode calls ipapi.co and writes a map.html file. Phone carrier, timezone, and location values are numbering-plan metadata, not a person's live location or an ISP lookup. The Instagram code logs in using credentials read from local username.txt and password.txt files; the repository is archived and current service compatibility is unverified.
