CyberChef is GCHQ's general-purpose browser application and Node.js library for encoding, decoding, encryption, compression, parsing, and data analysis. The web app processes input and recipes in the browser and states they are not sent to its server, but its default URL updates and deep links can include input, and selected operations make external requests. A standalone copy is available. The Node.js API exposes operations and recipe execution through chef.bake. ATT&CK relevance depends on the selected operation and how its output is used; CyberChef itself is not an anti-EDR tool.
