Generates JScript, VBScript, or VBA output containing a serialized loader delegate for an input .NET assembly and instantiates the selected public class when run on Windows. The input assembly must be compatible with CLR v2 (typically .NET Framework 2.0 or 3.5) and expose a public parameterless constructor. The generated script normally targets .NET v2/v3/v3.5; -ver auto selects the .NET v4+ runtime for generated output and adds a WScript.Shell dependency. Generated script execution requires full trust.
