Impacket's GetUserSPNs.py queries Active Directory over LDAP for user accounts with Service Principal Names (SPNs) and can request their Kerberos service tickets (TGS) for offline Kerberoasting. It emits ticket material in John the Ripper/hashcat format; it does not crack the tickets itself.
