Credentialed Windows enumeration utility that checks remote systems for the DAV RPC SERVICE named pipe to determine whether the WebClient (WebDAV) service is running. The upstream project provides a Cobalt Strike BOF and a multithreaded C# executable. It requires valid credentials and states that remote administrator privileges are not required.
