Microsoft Management Console (mmc.exe) hosts administrative snap-ins in saved .msc console files. ATT&CK T1218.014 describes its abuse to proxy-execute malicious or user-staged .msc content and activate malicious COM classes. MMC is also a normal administration tool; launching it with alternate credentials runs it as that account and does not inherently elevate privileges.
