Netlify is a cloud platform for hosting static sites and deploying serverless functions. Its API can create a site or publish a ZIP archive to an existing site; deployed _redirects or netlify.toml configuration can define HTTP redirects, rewrites, or proxy routes. In authorized red-team work, it can host controlled redirector or staging content when the required content and routing configuration are supplied. It is a hosting and HTTP-routing service, not a general-purpose port forwarder or standalone command-and-control agent.
