RottenPotatoNG is the C++ standalone/DLL implementation of Rotten Potato. Its local DCOM/RPC NTLM-reflection chain obtains and impersonates a privileged SYSTEM token; the standalone executable's documented default launches cmd.exe. This is Windows local privilege escalation, not AD CS template abuse. Applicability depends on the caller's token privileges and host configuration; upstream does not specify a supported Windows build range.
