Server Manager is Microsoft's Windows Server administration console for viewing and managing roles and features on the local or configured remote Windows servers. In the reviewed procedure, it opens the GUI for local host role/feature inventory; the launch itself does not collect or export data. Standard administrative use of Server Manager is not inherently malicious.
