VMware ESXi is a hypervisor platform for hosting virtual machines. This command uses curl to send one HTTPS GET to the ESXi Host Client (/ui) on TCP/443 and reports the returned HTTP status. It checks management-plane reachability only; it does not authenticate, identify an ESXi release, or exploit the host.
