Windows Shortcut (.lnk)

On Windows, enumerate shortcut files in the current user's Recent Items folder and inspect selected .lnk metadata, including target path, arguments, working directory, and icon location. This reads shortcut metadata only; a listed shortcut or target string does not prove that the target still exists, was launched, or that a network share was accessed.
