An Ethernet/IP activity monitor that listens for ARP traffic on a local Ethernet interface, maintains Ethernet/MAC-to-IP pairings in a database, and logs noteworthy changes to syslog and (unless disabled) reports them by email. It observes traffic visible on the selected interface; it does not actively scan hosts or establish that an observed change is malicious.
