Windows TCP packet-diversion utility that intercepts incoming TCP traffic on a network interface and redirects packets addressed to one local destination port to another local TCP port using WinDivert. The upstream README documents use cases including redirecting traffic around certain local firewall restrictions and avoiding a port conflict with a local service. It supports TCP only and requires administrator rights.
