Windows UAC-bypass procedure using fodhelper.exe's auto-elevation and a per-user ms-settings protocol-handler override. On Windows 10, an administrative user running with a filtered medium-integrity token can set the current-user Software\Classes\ms-settings\Shell\Open\command values and launch fodhelper.exe to start the registered command at high integrity without the consent prompt. This requires an administrative account and does not grant administrator rights to a standard user or elevate the child to SYSTEM.
