hostapd

hostapd is a user-space daemon for managing IEEE 802.11 access points and providing WPA/802.1X/EAP authentication; depending on its build and configuration it can also provide RADIUS client/server and integrated EAP-server functions. It reads a configuration file and requires a compatible AP-capable wireless driver. In an authorized wireless assessment it can host a controlled test access point, but it is not a WhatsApp phishing framework or credential-harvesting frontend by itself.
