A user-defined Metasploit msfconsole alias that loads a local resource script to start an HTTPS reverse-payload handler. A Rapid7 Framework issue documents the alias https-listen mapped to resource .../https-listen.rc; that example configures exploit/multi/handler for windows/meterpreter/reverse_winhttps. The alias and resource file are local configuration, not a built-in Metasploit command or standalone tool.
