Impacket's smbexec.py opens a semi-interactive Windows command shell over authenticated SMB and the Service Control Manager Remote Protocol. It creates and starts a temporary service to run each command, then retrieves output over an SMB share (C$ by default). It is a remote execution and lateral-movement utility.
