less

less is a terminal pager for viewing and navigating text files. From an interactive session, its !<shell-command> function invokes the configured command processor, and the pager can open other files. This can expose files readable by the current process or escape a restricted pager. If less is run with elevated privileges through an allowed sudo rule or suitable SUID configuration, the child shell may retain that security context; the result depends on the build and platform shell behavior. less does not itself transmit data off-host.
