Microsoft Edge browser executable (msedge.exe) can be abused on Windows to transfer files from a remote URL and to proxy child-process execution through its GPU launcher. The published procedures use direct URL download, headless --dump-dom output, and --gpu-launcher; they do not provide host discovery or port scanning.
