msfvenom

Metasploit's standalone msfvenom CLI generates and encodes payload artifacts from Framework modules; it replaced the deprecated msfpayload and msfencode utilities. Generating an artifact is distinct from executing it or establishing a session. Metasploit documents encoding for constraints such as bad characters and explicitly cautions that encoding is not a reliable antivirus-evasion solution.
