Defense Evasion

Microsoft's command-line XML and XSLT transformation utility. When available, msxsl.exe can process an XSL stylesheet containing embedded script functions and invoke them during transformation; adversaries have used this for proxy execution and application-control evasion. The utility is not installed by default on Windows.
