Cygwin's ssh-host-config script initializes the OpenSSH server host on Windows by creating missing global configuration and server keys. It can install sshd as a Windows service or, when Cygwin inetutils is installed, configure inetd instead. After service installation, it prints commands to start the service now; otherwise, the service starts automatically after the next reboot.
