sshuttle is an open-source transparent proxy that forwards selected client TCP sessions through an SSH server to destinations reachable from that server. It uploads and runs its Python code remotely, so the remote side needs a shell and Python but not root; the client needs local root or sudo to configure transparent forwarding. DNS forwarding is optional and platform-dependent.
