Windows Task Manager can create a live user-mode memory dump for a selected process through its GUI. On supported Windows 11 builds, the dump is saved under %LOCALAPPDATA%\Temp. An LSASS dump may contain credential material; access is subject to the host's LSA protections and authorization.
